OVERVIEW
Duc Tho plays a role as one of the new industrial core hubs of Ha Tinh,
connecting Ez.Park Ha Tinh I Industrial Cluster – a project approved by the Provincial People's Committee with stable operation orientation until 2070.
LOCATION
Located in Tung Anh and Tan Dan communes, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province, on National Highway 8C axis,
the project conveniently connects to the trans-Asian road network, serving as a gateway for domestic and international trade between Vietnam and Northeast Thailand – Laos – China.
SCALE
Ez.Park Ha Tinh I Industrial Cluster has a total scale of 68.17 ha, with 3 factories currently in production.
The project invests synchronously, completing the cluster's technical infrastructure system with a total area of 54.82 ha.

22kV medium voltage line connected to the fence of the customer's plot.
Clean water
Clean water is supplied from the Hong Linh water plant system with a capacity of 1,155 m³/day.
Wastewater treatment
Treatment capacity 1,000 m³/day. Separate rainwater and wastewater collection systems.
Fire protection
Fire water supply outlets arranged at internal traffic nodes according to regulations.
Telecommunications
Fiber optic - high-speed Internet. Providers: Viettel, FPT, VNPT.
Internal roads
Complete traffic and lighting infrastructure. Main axis 25m wide, internal roads 10.5–20.5m.
